Refund Policy

You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your product. The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase.

To request a refund, please submit your request through our refund form within 7 days of receiving your product. Ensure the item meets the eligibility criteria.

Eligible items must be unused, in the original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Perishable, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible.

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Online payments are processed within 7-10 business days, while COD refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit within 10 business days.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately via our customer support email within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. You are eligible for a full refund or replacement after verification.

For returns due to any defect or damage, Classable will bear the return shipping costs. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Certain products may not be eligible for a refund, including perishable items, personalized products, or final sale items. Please refer to product descriptions for more details.

Orders & Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Payments must be completed at the time of order confirmation.

Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched for delivery. Once shipped, you must follow our return policy for any refunds.

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once shipped.

The M.R.P of the product may/may not have parity as per the tags. In no way is Classable responsible for the same.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer Instant Delivery, School Items Delivery, and Student's Shop Delivery, each with varying delivery times and charges.

Instant Delivery is available daily between 9 AM and 11 PM for select locations, typically delivered the same day within a few hours. School Items Delivery takes 1-2 business days within the same city and 4-5 days for other cities. Student's Shop Delivery takes 8-9 days.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS for real-time updates.

Instant Delivery may incur additional charges based on location and order size. Standard Delivery is free.

We currently ship across India. Instant delivery services are only available in certain areas and will be confirmed during checkout.

Though we strive to meet delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen events such as weather or traffic conditions. Our support team is available to assist you with any concerns.
